Maria’s SteakCafe is famously known for its wide range of steaks such as buttery wagyu, dry-aged beef and Japanese Kobe A5. About Maria’s SteakCafe’s Hari Raya Seasonal Menu
The new Hari Raya special at Maria’s SteakCafe is the perfect blend of traditional and modern dishes. Introducing communal dining, the restaurant showcases a 3-tier spread of unbelievable and mouth-watering delicacies for you to dive into. Each tier brings its own flair while being topped with the restaurant’s signature appetizers, main course and tasty sides. This new way of dining is the perfect opportunity to bring families together during iftar or reunion dinners.
The new curated menu has something for everyone. With both beef and non-beef options, Maria’s SteakCafe’s dinner is suited for 2-4 pax to include people with diverse preferences. Pair your meal here with a refreshing mocktail of lychee and rose syrup.
Each set includes a spicy and flavourful mussel dish which is prepared in tomato sauce and is served with crunchy and aromatic garlic bread. The second tier is filled with a main course of your choice. All the dishes that you find on the seasonal Raya menu, is the perfect blend of Western and traditional Ramadhan flavours. Each main dish that you order, is paired wonderfully with tangy Air Asam and Percik Sauce.
For the set that serves 4, Maria’s SteakCafe presents you with two addicting main courses. Choose between the beef set which includes the signature Argentinian Striploin and N.Z Lamb Cutlets or opt for the non-beef set which comes with Grilled Salmon and N.Z Lamb Cutlets. If you are looking for premium steak cuts, you can upgrade your steaks to either Black Angus Ribeye, Wagyu MB7 Tenderloin or Wagyu MB9 Ribeye. For the non-beef set on the other hand, customers can upgrade their Grilled Salmon to a delicious and flaky Atlantic White Cod.
To balance out the flavours, the third and final tier is overfilled with crunchy deep fried Portobello Mushrooms to bring a depth of earthy flavours to the meal, Roasted Potatoes, Sauteed Vegetables and perfectly cooked Steak Fries. All these dishes in the third tier are Western favourites as they tie together both the beef and non-beef selections.
