A short yet sweet memory made in just 24-hour of exploring the beautiful beach and coastline of Sydney
As a Malaysia Airlines stewardess, Iqa really loves her job! It all began when she quit her corporate job a few years ago to pursue this dream job of hers. Iqa believes that through this job, she is able to touch people’s hearts and lives even with the smallest gesture. Yes, it’s not all rainbows and butterflies. Sometimes she has to deal with difficult passengers. But that doesn’t break down her spirit. In a way, this helps her to understand people more. After all, we are all just humans.
Two years down the road, Iqa has been flying to five different countries on an average basis, monthly. To her, in general, traveling helps you to see a whole new perspective in life. You get to experience different cultures, lifestyles, and of course, the food. One of the most unforgettable memories she had while traveling on duty was back in 2019. Iqa had only one night to enjoy being in the beautiful Sydney.
“It was just one-night layover.
Touched down in the evening.
The next morning at 6.30 am, 4 of us crew went to Bondi Beach for the coastline walk/hiking journey of 10 km from Bondi to Coogee Beach Point.
Took us 4 hours (had pitstops).
Enjoyed the view, every moment of it.
Reached hotel at about 4.00 pm-ish.
Took a nap.
Flight back to KL the night itself.
Tiring, yes but it was worth it!”
Who knew one can have so much fun in just 24-hour of exploring the beautiful Sydney? I still can’t believe it. I’m glad that Iqa still had the best of experience there with so little time to spare.
