Following the prolonged travel restrictions imposed by countries and interstate travel for domestic destinations, the carrier said in a statement yesterday (April 16) that it is offering passengers a longer ticket validity with a one-time fare difference and service fee waiver.
Now eligible Malaysia Airlines passengers can rebook their travels on or before Dec 31, 2021 for travels to be completed by June 2022.

Customers planning to make advance bookings for their future travels are encouraged to opt for Economy Flex tickets to take advantage of unlimited date changes with no additional charge, free refunds, priority check-in and boarding as well as a 35kg check-in baggage allowance.
To ensure passengers’ travel eligibility before they embark on their travels, the airline said it will be introducing a fully contactless journey progressively with innovative features to its passengers’ experience including the Digital Travel Health, which will streamline passengers’ journey with Covid-19 related policies worldwide.
