Get Your Furkid Shots and Documents Ready

Ensure that your pet is up to date with their vaccines and recorded in a vaccination card. Include this in a folder of the documents needed to process the permit. You will also need a JPEG or PDF of your passport, Malaysian address and destination address, as well as a health certificate signed and stamped by your veterinarian.
