A&W Seventeen Mall
The talk of the town! Why? Coz this one-of-a-kind A&W branch has been beautified into a retro-inspired restaurant. It is rather small than I expected from everyone else’s postings. Nevertheless, it does have that retro-ish vibe. Was it Instaworthy enough? I would say yes! Too bad the jukebox was not functional. We (Lulu and I) were already excited to play some old school tunes. What a bummer!
The food quality was just the same as other branches. Unfortunately, the service was quite slow. They were low on staff due to the COVID-19 situation. So, it was understandable.
What we ordered:
- Waffle with one scoop ice-cream (9/10).
- Rootbeer floats (10/10).
- Mozza burger set with curly fries and rootbeer float (7/10).
- Beef corny dog (8/10).
- Fried chicken (7/10).
- Chilli cheese fries (8/10).
