According to Anderson himself in the press release offerings, “I was really thinking of spring when I was working on this collection.” He then said, “We were all staying inside, and I was looking forward to when we could venture out again. I also wanted to incorporate a feeling of craft, as it’s very important to me.” Hence, why the collection portrays the ideas of reconstruct and enthusiasm with floral embroideries, contrasting chain stitches and natural imperfections that evoke hand-craft in general.
