CDC guidelines in the United States of America outlines that it is safe for vaccinated people to meet indoors without masks or social distancing 2 weeks after they have received the second dose of their vaccination. However, it is still advisable to avoid crowded areas as we cannot determine the vaccination rate of everyone in the same vicinity.
