Built in 2001, Enderong House won an architectural design award from the Malaysia Institue of Architects (PAM) in 2004. The House has been featured in numerous publications, including “The New Malaysian House” by Robert Powell.
Enderong Resort is a highland nature retreat named after a mountain stream called Sungei Enderong. The Resort is situated 2000 feet above sea level in Tanarimba, an award-winning green project in Janda Baik, Pahang, Malaysia. Cooled by mountain breezes with temperatures ranging between 21 to 28º Celcius, Enderong Resort is a sanctuary from the heat and humidity of the lowlands. Getting to Enderong Resort
Enderong Resort is only accessible by private or hired motor vehicles as there is no public transport serving the area. Taxi services to and from the Resort are available by prior arrangement on request. The road journey from Kuala Lumpur to Tanarimba entrance using the Karak Highway takes approximately 45 minutes and another 5 minutes from the Tanarimba entrance to Enderong Resort. We provide a road map to the Resort which can be accessed here.
As Enderong Resort is located within the residential enclave of Tanarimba, only authorized vehicles will be allowed entry into Tanarimba by the security personnel at the Guard House at Tanarimba entrance. Thus all vehicles carrying guests and visitors to Enderong Resort must first be registered with our staff in advance prior to their arrival to gain entry.

Talk about the perfect rainforest terrace cafe, Enderong Café is located below the Enderong House lower deck. Our gorgeous & cozy hidden gem serves up some of the best mixes of western and local cuisine with a touch of Japanese and Italian by our talented Chef.
This cool casual eatery is a sure win no matter if you’re swinging by for lunch or dinner. Come sample our delicious menu of hearty meals & entrees. Enjoy a cup of freshly brewed coffee or a fragrant cup of tea while you soak up the ambiance of the unrivaled rainforest surroundings. Bring your own bottle of wine and we’ll provide the glasses.
