June in Singapore is properly packed. There is a K-pop double-header, a Sheila Majid comeback, Disney at the Esplanade, and enough cultural happenings to fill a long weekend — or three. Whether you are driving down from KL or already based in the city, here is the guide to what is actually worth your time.
Concerts
Daniel Caesar

- 2 June
- R&B / Soul
- Singapore Indoor Stadium
- 2 Stadium Walk, Singapore 397691
The Canadian R&B artist behind Get You and Best Part brings his live set to one of Singapore’s biggest indoor venues. Expect the kind of low-lit, emotionally wrecking show that is best experienced with someone you want to impress. Buy tickets early — this one will go.
Anson Seabra — The I Must Be Dreaming Tour

- 5 June
- Indie / Pop
- The Theatre at Mediacorp
- 1 Stars Avenue, Singapore 138507
If you have been algorithmic-ing your way through sad piano pop at 1am, Anson Seabra is your artist. The Theatre at Mediacorp keeps things intimate enough that the quiet moments in his set actually land. Good pick for a weeknight.
Yuika — 2nd Asia Tour

- 5 June
- J-Pop
- The Theatre at Mediacorp
- 1 Stars Avenue, Singapore 138507
Japanese artist Yuika is making her second run through Asia — and Singapore is on the list. Soft, melodic, and worth it if J-pop is your world. Same venue, same night as Anson Seabra — confirm your timings before you buy.
Tarantella — Dance in Symphony

- 5 June
- Contemporary Dance
- Tarantella — Dance in Symphony
- SOTA Concert Hall
- 1 Zubir Said Drive, Singapore 227968
Contemporary dance meets live orchestral music — this is the kind of thing you take a date to and feel culturally justified about. SOTA is a beautiful venue. The crowd will be interesting. Skip this one only if you are genuinely allergic to culture.
Sheila Majid

- 7 June
- Jazz / Soul
- Esplanade Concert Hall
- 1 Esplanade Drive, Singapore 038981
Forty years in the music industry and Sheila Majid is still a full-room occasion. The Esplanade Concert Hall is probably the best place in Singapore to watch a Malaysian icon perform — the acoustics are right and the room respects the artist. If you grew up hearing Legenda in the background, you will feel things you did not expect. Confirm your date — she is celebrating four decades of music and this show is being treated accordingly.
Deerhoof

- 8 June
- Indie / Experimental
- Esplanade Annexe Studio
- 1 Esplanade Drive, Singapore 038981
American experimental rock band Deerhoof is not for everyone — which is exactly the point. The Annexe Studio is a smaller, rawer space than the main Esplanade hall. The crowd will be self-selected and the set will be loud. Worth it if you know the band. Worth trying if you want to.
(G)I-DLE — Syncopation World Tour

- 13 June
- K-pop
- Singapore Indoor Stadium
- 2 Stadium Walk, Singapore 397691
(G)I-DLE is on their fourth world tour and this marks the band’s first solo concert in Singapore since their rebrand and the release of their album We Are. Fans can expect hits like “Good Thing” and “Girlfriend” alongside newer material. The Indoor Stadium is a big room — get seats with a clear sightline or floor standing if you want the full energy.
NMIXX — Episode 1 : Zero Frontier

- 20 June
- K-pop
- The Star Theatre
- 1 Vista Exchange Green, Singapore 138617
NMIXX will be taking over The Star Theatre with their signature MIXX POP sound and high-energy performances — this is their first stage in Singapore, part of their first world tour. NSWERs, you know what to do. Everyone else: The Star Theatre has good sight lines from almost every seat.
F.T. Island

- 27 June
- K-pop / Rock
- Singapore Expo Hall
- 1 Expo Drive, Singapore 486150
F.T. Island — the K-pop band that never stopped being a real band — are back in Singapore. They play actual instruments and write their own music, which sounds obvious until you realise it is still a distinguishing trait. Expo Hall is large but their fanbase travels well. Expect a room that knows every word.
Disney Musical Performances

- 27–28 June
- Family
- Esplanade — Theatres on the Bay
- 1 Esplanade Drive, Singapore 038981
Disney at the Esplanade over a weekend. If you have children, this writes itself. If you do not have children and still want to go, no judgment — the Esplanade is a beautiful building and Disney productions are reliably well-staged. Book ahead. The weekend slots will sell.
Festivals & Cultural Events
Pride Month Events & Nightlife

- All June
- Pride Month
- Various venues across Singapore
- City-wide — check Pink Dot SG and local event listings for locations
Singapore’s Pride Month runs throughout June with parties, community events, and nightlife activations across the city. The energy is worth experiencing even if you are just passing through. Check Pink Dot SG and local listings for confirmed venues and dates closer to the month.
DOKI! DOKI! Anime Market Singapore 2026

- 6 June
- Anime / Pop Culture
- Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre
- 1 Raffles Boulevard, Singapore 039593 · Hall 401–402
A full-scale anime market at Suntec — merchandise, artist alley, cosplay, and the kind of crowd that takes their interests seriously. If you have been looking for a specific figure or limited-run print, this is worth a look. Even if you are only anime-adjacent, the energy of a well-run market is its own thing.
World Cities Summit 2026

- Date: 14 June 2026
- Venue: Suntec Singapore, 1 Raffles Boulevard, S039593
World Cities Summit 2026 at Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Centre on 14 June 2026
Great Green Run 2026

- 14 June
- Outdoor / Wellness
- Marina Barrage
- 8 Marina Gardens Drive, Singapore 018951
A sustainability-themed run at Marina Barrage — which means the views are genuinely good and the crowd is the kind that brings their own water bottle. Start early before the Singapore heat makes its own editorial point. Marina Barrage is one of the better places in the city to be at dawn.
Planning from KL? The drive from KL to Singapore is around 5 hours without stops, or 4 hours if you leave before 7am. Flying is 1 hour gate to gate — budget airlines run multiple daily slots.
For a concert weekend, arrive Friday, catch your show Saturday, and take Sunday to eat your way through the city before heading back. Do not waste your Singapore trip on hotel food.
Our pick for the month
If we are only going for one, it is Sheila Majid on 7 June at the Esplanade Concert Hall. A Malaysian icon, a world-class venue, and forty years of music that most of us grew up with — that is a night you will not get again for a while. The (G)I-DLE show on 13 June is the second pick if K-pop is your world. And if you have kids in tow, the Disney weekend at the end of the month is the easiest sell in this guide
FAQ
How far is Singapore from Kuala Lumpur?
By car it is roughly 350km — around 4.5 to 5 hours depending on the queue at the Causeway. By plane it is under an hour gate to gate. Budget airline tickets from KL to Singapore start from around RM80 to RM150 return if you book early.
Where do I buy tickets for Singapore concerts in June 2026?
Most major concerts — Daniel Caesar, (G)I-DLE, NMIXX — are ticketed through Ticketmaster Singapore (ticketmaster.sg). Smaller and cultural events tend to go through SISTIC (sistic.com.sg). Check both and sign up for fan club presales if available — popular shows move fast.
Is the Singapore Indoor Stadium easy to get to by MRT?
Yes. Take the Circle Line to Stadium MRT — the Indoor Stadium is a 5-minute walk from the exit. On concert nights the trains run frequently and the walk is well-lit. Skip the Grab if you can; traffic around Kallang after a show is genuinely painful.
What is the best area to stay in Singapore for June events?
Most events cluster around the city centre. Bugis, Clarke Quay, or anywhere along the MRT Circle or North-South Line puts you within 15 minutes of the Esplanade, Indoor Stadium, and Suntec. Marina Bay Sands is the obvious splurge if you want the full Singapore weekend — but the boutique options around Haji Lane and Chinatown are better value and more interesting.
Are there halal food options near the main Singapore event venues?
Yes. The Esplanade and Marina Bay area has a wide range of halal-certified dining — Malay Heritage Centre and Kampong Glam are 15 minutes away by MRT and have excellent options. The Geylang Serai area is worth the short trip for proper halal hawker food if you are staying overnight.
