How to reach Hoi An from Danang?
There is no direct flight from Kuala Lumpur to Hoi An. From Kuala Lumpur, you have to fly first to Da Nang. We used the airport transfer services by Anantara Hoi An to get from Danang International Airport to the hotel. You can reserve the hotel’s airport transfer service starting from MYR250 per way for a four-seater car.
Alternatively, you can get an option of traveling by shared ride, or public bus. The journey takes a minimum of 45 minutes when you are traveling on the coastal route either by car or taxi.
Stay at Hoi An
We stayed at Anantara Hoi An and boy oh boy we were in the perfect location for a visit to this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Located less than a kilometer from Hoi An’s old quarter, this hotel features spacious rooms and suites boasting exquisite décor and views of the Thu Bon River or surrounding gardens. You can also choose to relax in the pool or spa which we missed because we were too busy enjoying Hoi An city!
