Sit-Ups are not everything
Yes, doing sit-ups is important. But, is not your only solution to losing belly fat. Remember, you need to lose the fats around your waist area too. Make sure to include exercise the focuses on the entire core. Plank and lower stomach leg lifts are what you need to help tone the abdominal area. Also, be careful about what you consume.
