Raw Kitchen Hall
The all-day dining restaurant, Raw Kitchen Hall, is expanding with Else. It is an extension of its sister brand in Singapore, Raw Kitchen Bar. Malaysian chefs Leong Chee Mun and Wah Yin Xing, who has worked at Singapore’s top restaurants, oversee the food (including Spago and Burnt Ends). The kitchen staff will make Asian and Mediterranean-inspired dishes that are unique to Else and based on seasonal, local ingredients.
The Yellow Fin Horse
The Yellow Fin Horse, a destination open-fire restaurant that forges International and Malaysian seafood flavors with elegance, will open before the end of the year on the fourth floor of the building. The renowned Malaysian chef Jun Wong will be in charge of the food. Undeniably, accompanied by an excellent variety of natural wines. Above all, guests can enjoy customized service in a pleasant ambiance while savoring authentic flame-cooked seafood.
