A 30-year veteran of the hospitality business, Cristian held a number of positions across three continents in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East with working experiences in City Hotels, Beach Resorts, Multi-Integrated Luxury, and Boutique Hospitality Business Models.

She will be responsible for the brand management, marketing and media strategy, social media, strategic partnerships, as well as communications and brand experience initiatives of the two properties. Prior to joining the Pan Pacific Hotels Group, she served as Assistant Director of Marketing & Communications in the hospitality industry. Jesslynn reports directly to Cristian.
