The Architecture
One of my favorite things about Hoi An is its architecture. The city was influenced by Chinese, Japanese, and French cultures, which means you can really see their influence on the buildings. That’s because Hoi An traded hands several times between these three countries over the centuries. In fact, it was in Hoi An where Nguyen Trai was born in 1762. He later became a general in the Tay Son rebellion against China and wrote Vietnam’s national anthem while he was at it! In addition to its rich history and culture, Hoi An also boasts some stunning architecture like traditional houses with tiled roofs or elegant villas built by wealthy merchants during colonial times. There are lots of pastel-colored buildings with elaborate embellishments and designs that are just beautiful to look at. I wish I could have taken pictures inside some of the more ornate ones!

If you’ve ever wanted to have a tailor-made outfit in just 4 hours, Hoi An is the place for you. A tailor-made dress and suit Hoi An is famous for custom-made clothing and accessories, with a wide range of colors and patterns available. On the whole, tailored clothes are usually made within 24 hours at very reasonable prices so many tourists buy them as gifts or souvenirs.
Nisa got hers at MYR150🤩

One word of advise if you wish to do one, the simplest one is the best way to not get disappointed. Any slightly complicated request might get lost in translation from the salesperson to the tailor ( who barely speaks English).
