Celebrated Italian chef, Mauro Civiero, joined Sandro in Malaysia to present a tasting menu from the esteemed Bottega 100 Gold Book of recipes. Each of the five menu items was carefully chosen to perfectly complement the Bottega wines selected by Sandro for the occasion.
The wine list featured the exquisite Bottega Gold Prosecco DOC Spumante Brut and the enticing Bottega Rosé Gold Pinot Nero Spumante Brut Rosé. Chef Mauro delighted attendees with his culinary creations, including Amberjack Tartare, Buffalo Mozzarella emulsion, Venetian Crabmeat Salad, Rosé Veal with Mascarpone Tuna Mousse, and Sbrisolona.
