Cielo. Adelaide/Tarndanya, South Australia
Like many other inspiring pastry chefs, this 23-year-old Chaveli Goya, has nurtured a passion for the finer things in life with a humble twist, and came up with the idea for Cielo. She was reminded of the pleasure she had as a child with her grandmother over great cups of tea. Aside from the cakes and pastries, the white walls and gold frames from the Victorian era give the place an old-world charm and elegance.
Stringers Sorrento. Sorrento, Victoria
